Life Skills on Wheels was created to help individuals, families, adolescents, professionals, and community-based populations develop the practical skills needed to succeed in everyday life. Founded by Nalesha Reed, a Licensed Social Worker, Case Manager, Life and Parent Coach, and Therapist with more than 22 years of experience, the organization is built on the belief that meaningful change happens through structure, accountability, and practical guidance applied consistently in real-world situations.
With experience across schools, residential programs, homes, independent living environments, and public and private organizations, Life Skills on Wheels brings coaching support directly to the places where growth matters most. Virtually, in-community, and within supportive institutions.
Our work is grounded in decades of direct support across diverse populations and life stages. Every coaching relationship is centered on helping people build real-world habits that improve independence, emotional awareness, communication, and long-term success.
